Westland Park Apartments

Victoria was amazing! She made the entire move-in process quick, easy, and stress-free. She was professional, responsive, and really helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went thanks to her. Most genuine and caring person I met. Highly recommend working with Victoria if you’re moving here!

Just recently moved in . I love the apartment my living room and dining room is spacious. Kitchen is smallest room in the apartment but that doesn’t bother me . Pest free which I definitely love. Parking is very convenient I never have to park away from my building the only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because my water gets hot but the recovery time is at least 45 mins for the next person to enjoy a nice shower . Not there fault but I love it here.My rating is a 4.6 out of 5. Glad I paid a little extra and got the updated apartment I love how they gave it a newer look with the granite countertops . Marisol was my leasing agent she went over and beyond . And appreciate mrs Joel she was efficient with getting me through the whole process . And also Mrs Victoria she stepped in when Marisol was

Former tenant and would like to leave a review about my experience at Westland park. The office staff is great. The property manager is a feisty spitfire but works with the residents to get issues resolved. The leasing agents were always helpful, Christy was always helpful. The maintenance staff always took care of my requests in a timely manner. Kudos to Josh for his A+ work on fixing my running toilets. The property grounds were always being picked up from resident garbage all during the day. The guy who took care of that part was always seen working hard to maintain a nice look to the property. Kudos to him for his excellent work. A negative that turned me off was residents dropping their garbage all over the place in back by the dumpster. The positive to that was the groundskeepe

Ms. Ashley gave me such a wonderful tour, She tried getting me approved for an apartment that's within my budget, I really appreciate that. The place is quiet and safe, I would recommend it to anyone who is a first time renter! Thank you so much Ashley!
