The maintenance team seems to lack understanding of their tasks. The prices for the apartments are outrageous and not worth it. Needs serious septic work done ASAP! Only 2 handicap spots for 48 apts..
These apartments could actually be very nice. They're old, in serious need of updating. I don't reside here but I have a relative who does. I do know the water is undrinkable. You actually have to purchase water to drink and to cook with. For a long time there was any odor coming from the plumbing. I have seen mold around the windows. For the rent thats charged here, the owner should at least do whatever's needed, to keep the residents healthy.
I advise people don't move here. Landlord does not care about tenants. Goes up high amounts on rent yearly, and doesn't fix anything.
This place is an awful place to live. Mold infested, trashy, to expensive... the property manager is so bad at his job. Beware! Look else where you or will regret it.
