Just telling my experience before I left. Too high the rent. Every year they raise the rent . Small space. They charge each application. Even the parking is a payment if not towed. Visitors outside. Friendly neighbor(some). When leaving they don’t give deposit back they will try to put excuses. The washer machine smells. Always check the apartment background. Talk to tenant before buying if it’s worth living there. If parking outside they sometimes steal. LADOT always around checking.

Naama Rios is the manager and she has had extremely nice customer service. Since the day I moved in to Westland apartments (Alondra Compton) it has been nothing but peace and comfort. Naama keeps up with the maintenance and is extremely professional with good manners. Naama was very helpful in the process of moving in to the apartments. She is one the best property managers that I have met

Okay place to live, any place is good as long as you keep to yourself. Naama the property manager helps the tenets. We feel like she’s on top of things when we ask. No complains.

I want to start by saying that I hardly write bad reviews because I just don’t like posting anything negative about anyone, but I recently moved from Texas back to California and I’ve been working with my company for a while now. I recently applied for these apartments since they are close by my kids school and having my mother down the street from these apartments to take care of my kids while I work and go to school was going to be convenient for me. Unfortunately my application got denied due to them not being able to “Verify” my income when I provided all the necessary documentation and even provided my bank statements. I honestly feel I’m I am being discriminated because I’m a woman and they don’t believe I can make a decent amount of money. They asked me to go cash my check which I w

The apartments were a bit small for my needs, so I found other accommodations. However, I was impressed with the manager Naama's professionalism and overall eagerness to help.
