Westlake Townhome Owners Association

I've lived here for 10 years. I've also lived in several other HOAs before this. This is, especially compared to others, a fantastic HOA. Great staff, fantastic and clean amenities, and they are helpful to resolve problems with neighbors. Yes, obviously there are issues, like with any townhome community, but all in all, the association is run really well.

HOA rules are all reasonable and the monthly fee is very reasonable compared to other associations. Lawn care is weekly, snow removal is always prompt, neighborhood is quiet. There are rules like any HOA but they're not obnoxious or unreasonable.

Hi Westlake town home I want to let you know and everyone to know that you guys are the best because your people are so so nice and the life gards are so helpful and we wanted to make sure that you guys know that we love you guys so much and we come there very often and we think that you guys are the best pool ever and we want everyone to know that and I definitely recommend going to that place . I hope that people will come and that’s why I recommend Westlake town and they are very respectful to all that’s why we think that they are the best pool ever .From two kids.👧

Parked my car in guest parking because we aren’t allowed to park in the street which is understandable. Got a flat tire from a screw left from a contractor not to happy about it. Not to mention kinda bogus that we paid off some fines and had our kids birthday party there it was awesome but now the manager is saying we didn’t pay our fines?! Which is funny because how in the world did we have the party there then ? And it’s nice to know they won’t help me w our tire ugh just frustrating it is a nice place to live if you don’t mind being ignored. Maybe I will contact the president and see if he will help me understand this

The HOA is riddled with mental illness. These people are miserable and have nothing to do with their "lives." Be prepared for photos of your bulb thats out and hostile, miserable personalities. I should have listened to the warnings from all my neighbors.
