Westlake at Southside

I recently moved to their apartment, and they said I would be the first resident, but the baseboards are disassembling, the doorknobs all came loose, noisy neighbors, and there is a lack of external cleaning, and the garbage from the pet station was never collected. And I also didn't have good experiences in their office the times I was there.

Called and scheduled two showings the link was not working called for assistance. They wanted me to schedule a third appointment at 5 PM. No one helped everyone continuously hung up on me. I’m so happy I dodged a bullet by not even providing them my information cause who knows what they would do with it. This company should not be trusted Worst experience ever.

Lived here about a month now. Place is nice, updated, and new!!

Used to live here, no amenities, maintenance takes forever since they have to outsource everything
