I have lived in this apartment community for the past four years, and my experience has truly been amazing. From day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful, professional, and reliable. They are always on time, responsive, and ready to assist whenever needed. This community genuinely feels like family. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained. Anytime there is a maintenance issue, it is addressed promptly without hesitation. The parking lot is always clean, and there is consistently parking available close to my apartment. I feel safe living here, and the environment is peaceful—there are no issues with loitering or inappropriate activity on the property. The neighbors are respectful, honest, and considerate. I've been a resident here at these apartments for a little over 5 years and I would definitely refer these apartments to others as a good place to make their home. In these 5 years, I honestly and confidently can say, this has been a VERY safe place to live with my daughters. The property manager Mrs.Faith is VERY Pleasant and gives VERY Good Customer Service. Mrs.Faith literally knows all of her tenants by name, which I GREATLY appreciated when I noticed. But she does take her job of managing the apartment complex VERY seriously and her 0 tolerance for any violence, disturbance, disruptions, or disrespect towards her tenants or employees in any forms, from anyone including towards each other shows that she does. The move in was great staff is amazing but there were lil problems but the maintenance team was right on it to fix every work order I submitted. They waited on me to detail every problem I had and fix it right away. I would recommend Westlake Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great location and amazing staff. Ms. Miah personally made sure everything was taken care of.

I have a good experience everytime. They treat tenants as family. They look out for me. Keep in contact and constantly asks me questions to see if I'm ever in a bind. No other place is like this place

The priority manager is extremely rude! I came in to apply for a 2-br and while filling out all the paperwork she completely stopped and told me that I wasn’t approved! No explanation or anything! I believe her name is faith or something like that!
