Bad bad bad, My God, what a terrible mistake we made buying this poorly finished house. Everywhere I walk, the paint is badly done—the windows, the kitchen, the baseboards, the stair railing—it's all patchy. The foundation is full of holes and scratches, even the bricks are broken. Is there no one supervising these people? Is all they care about just taking our money and handing over a poorly constructed, unfinished shell of a house? From the design to the final handover, everything is wrong. These saleswomen make you believe the house is perfect when it's actually a pigsty. All we can do is wait and sell it. It's a complete disaster; I just want to leave.

Buyer beware if you have kids. For a community of this massive size, the amenities are completely unacceptable. There is barely one toddler-friendly park, and the single pool is far too small for the number of residents (and only open a few months a year). Despite the marketing, there are no plans to add more parks or a second pool to accommodate the growth. It feels like a trap don't get sold on the pictures alone.🙃

Like many others say, Westin only cares about their money and taking money from their customers who just want to buy their homes of their dreams. They make you feel like you are getting a good deal on a quality home but their home's quality are not consistent between different homes within the same neighborhood. For the price they do minimum add ins. They literally said they would rather me cancel my contract so they could sell my house for more money, than to grant me an extension on the closing date, that we only missed because their sales person took forever to get with the appraisal company. Their home under appraised and the sales person tried to fight for a appraisal adjustment but waited weeks to bother doing so. Then waited forever to ask the company to give us the cost for the hou

Selected a home, initially was qualified and put down our 5k earnest money. Shortly after my job situation drastically changed and the mortgage company told us we were no longer qualified. Instead of doing the right thing Westin refuses to refund our $5,000. This is money we now need to pay our current mortgage and take care of our kids over the holiday. Horrible business practices. They’ll steal from you and tell you too bad.
