Westin Homes - 60' Bridgeland - Prairieland

I am sharing this to raise awareness for future buyers. In October 2025, I placed $10,000 in earnest money on a Westin Homes property in Cypress, TX and entered the contract in good faith. Six days later, my employer unexpectedly canceled my Houston job transfer, which resulted in an immediate lender denial due to loss of income—an event completely outside of my control. Westin Homes was notified the same day the loan denial was received and provided documentation promptly. Despite this, my earnest money refund was denied. I was also not provided the official termination form until days later, and the home was represented as “inventory” even though it would not be completed until January 2026, which impacted the earnest money terms. I even offered to pay a reasonable fee for the few day

Had a great time! The sales guy went over everything with us, showed us some great houses, but was not too pushy. We have not decided yet, but Westin is highly probable.

Disappointed with Westin Homes - Unresponsive Customer Service and very rude. We had couple of requests. They first refused to check any issues. They asked us to close the ticket without even checking. After a month of our moving, we had a roof leakage. They told us like it was a hurricane damage and nobody addressed it. We followed up couple of times and only they came and fixed it. Our back yard looks like muddy puddle. It does not completely dry for a long time, after heavy rain, where we cannot mow the lawn or cannot even walk in that area. All the grass are already died and cannot grow because of the damp. It is due bad design where the water does not completely drain and stays there for few days and only absorbed by the soil instead of draining. We opened a ticket and they did not c

Brand new owner. Not happy at all with their construction. Incorrect plugs installed that I had to pay out of pocket to replace (cook top Oven plug installed where dryer goes) - and they did not agree to their mistake. Next, master bedroom shower water leaked a puddle and the first guy tried to convince me that some water would leak out. I would not recommend Westin at all anymore. Also, during closing, sales team was very unresponsive and we had to bug them several times for a simple email and communication.

Patrick is very friendly, funny, and talkative. He took the time to go over the details that we wanted to discuss in our meeting and he happily answered all of our questions. We even received print-outs of all the information discussed for reference. My in-laws have also worked with him for a previous home sale in Sugar Land and he was a great individual to work with and really accomodated their needs. Personally we have had a wonderful experience with Westin Homes. Also, the model home is lovely and well furnished.
