First let me start by detailing I work in property management. Not for private rentals but for apartments and retail. The way I was treated and the customer service I received from Angel just now on the phone left a lot to be desired and I am telling you I probably wouldnt have to have property management knowledge to even feel this way. The only reason I give 2 stars is the agent he works under called me (finally) and left voicemail that was kind and professional, unlike the voicemail Angel left me after he apparently called me 2 or 3 times prior to today. Oh wait, he never did leave a voicemail but wanted to get defensive when I mentioned I had been waiting 4 days for a call or an email. I know the proper follow up response time for anyone is 24 hrs. Whether that be a call or an email. W
