Westgate Apartments

New management has turned this place around. So many of us were looking for other places to move to. But when we saw that lease rules were being enforced we thought let's give it awhile. It was well worth the wait. There are so many things everyone can enjoy in all places in the building. I'm glad I stayed and I even know people who want to get an apartment here. It's the best apartment place in Hibbing to live in!

Noisiest apt building I have ever lived in. Great place to live if you're an insomniac! Hallways smell on a constant basis of mold, mildew and rotting garbage, disgusting! Hallways get vacummed once every 5 years, entry ways get cleaned twice a month. Managment expects the residents to clean the building. Your apt will smell daily of weed, kids running in hallways every night from 6pm till 11pm, great place to live if you like being constantly disturbed by neighbors! This building can't keep a manager for more then 8 months, rules change like the wind! Avoid! Avoid this place!

Been a nice place since the new management took over.shes booted out all of the pothead and pedafilers.only complaints now.are of the ones that keep getting Rittenhouse up.especially the ones that can't run the place anymore

My mom just moved in and management has been good to her. Some of the nicer apts in town

Very clean and well managed.
