Westfield Apartments

The walls are thin. Poor insulation. My apartment is drafty. The building reeks of marijuana. Packages are stolen often. Semi-renovated, however, electrical issues render appliances useless. There are ongoing maintenances problems. I really wanted to feel safe and secure in this apartment... I am disappointed. Update: Plumbing issues, apathetic management team. Dirty water backed up through my kitchen sink like a fountain and flooded my kitchen on Saturday May 3rd. Emergency maintenance did not help clean up the mess. Many kitchen items were contaminated by the dirty water. I emailed the property manager. On Monday I had to track down a maintenance man in the hallway. All he did was look at the sink. I went to the onsite management office. The property manager would not answer the door. I

I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. The apartments are nice. But I did not take the apartment because I was lied to. The apartment I applied to was still under construction so they showed me “the model apartment “. I was told that it was “exactly the same” as the one I applied to. So I put money down to make sure I didn’t lose it. I finally was able to see the apartment a week before my move in and realized I was lied to. It was nothing like the model apartment in terms of the layout, the kitchen appliances weren’t updated, the bathroom was way smaller. A roach in the hallway. It was horrible. My apartment was nice aesthetically and its in a good area but I decided to terminate my lease early due to several issues that I had to deal with. There is never anyone in the leasing office so no one picks up the phone. When there is someone in the office it's a different person each time because everyone quits or something. Besides the building being dirty constantly, the hallways smell bad, packages get stolen, and the building reaps of marijuana. There are rodent issues, along with appliances not working and taking forever to get fixed. I'm not the only one who had these complaints.

I toured a one bedroom apartment with the Property Manager, Colleen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. We loved the key fob entry and updated apartments with hardwood floors. Having an elevator is super helpful as well.

Colleen in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. She is so helpful and responsive. I have lived here for over a year and have had no issues at all. The gated parking is great for added safety and security.
