Western Hills

I absolutely love my apartment! Western hills is very well priced for the size, and I love having my washer and dryer in my apartment itself. We're on top floor, and have only had to turn the heat on twice this winter. It is very well insulated. You can hear the neighbors when you're in the halls, but not too much when you're in your apartment. The only negatives are that there is only one AC unit in the corner of the living room, so it gets incredible warm and humid in the summer- running the a/c doesn't affect the bedroom temperature that much, and it will run your bills up a lot. Also the dryer doesn't vent to the outside, it will blow the hot air into your dining room, so it's very humid and hot again. If the temperature in your apartment is 74 degrees, then that it plenty of heat. I'm not sure that it will go much higher given that it is still only 50 degrees outside. I will still have maintenance stop by to check on everything in the apartment though. Thank you, Jenna Mancini, ARM And that was my answer Dear Jenna, The temperature dips much lower than that in the bedrooms at night, as the thermostat is conveniently located between the kitchen and dryer, the hottest area of the house. Having a working heating system is a basic requirement and the amount of heat being plenty or not is not your liberty to say; it should be working

We love living at Western Hills. We're currently in our second year lease and everything has been wonderful. The leasing staff is the best, and maintenance is always on point with every issue. Very quiet location, but super easy access to anywhere in Cranston. Not to mention extremely reasonable rent prices. I give WH a 10/10!

Nice apartment, quiet place, I really enjoy listening to the the bird and the creek flowing. The best part is that there are washer and dryer in each unit. However, the 1st floor apartment is very humid during summer.

Absolutely love living here at Western Hills! We have a wonderful view from our windows that makes it feel like we are living in the suburbs. Maintenance calls are handled promptly and the staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend.
