Western Hills Apartments

Not sure who I just spoke to on the phone, but they were rude. I asked if they had any 1 bed apartments available and the phone was going in and out a bit. They said they have a large available. I said a large what? I also said there is no website for me to click on to get any information prior to speaking to her, therefore I’m not familiar with their specific apartment lingo. She said.. a LARGE available and I said do you mean a large apartment? She said that’s what I said. I then asked what the requirements to move in are and you could tell she doesn’t have that part down becuase she could hardly answer the question. She said I have to be above the age of 18 (obviously) 3x the rent and no evictions. I said I don’t think I’d meet those requirements so Thankyou for the information and hung

I have nothing but good things to say about this place ever since I moved here it's felt like home to me, they fix things properly and in a timely manner and they really really care about their tenants. I absolutely love it here... The office Personnel are so great and I just can't think of a better place to live

Love this apartment complex! Great price and my unit is located near everything including the pool, laundry, and trash. They could definitely update their amenities, but for what you pay for, it's still worth it! I've put in two maintenance requests and they were both done on the same day or day after. Management is extremely nice and willing to work with whatever situation you have. Moving in was no problem at all!!! Water isn't that great, but it's still a good deal bundle! I've never had a problem with them, but every time I drive in during the evening, children are getting into stuff. If you're extremely picky on certain things (noise level, old amenities, etc.), then this isn't the complex for you.

This is my first apartment! So far everything has been great! The Assistant Manager Renata has been very helpful every step of the way. We had our AC go out our first day and maintenance took care of us as quickly as he could. The place is clean and so far I have yet to see any bugs. The complex is well maintained and seems pretty safe. So far so good!

I've lived here for several years now and I find the place very safe and pleasing. My upstair neighbors are nice, both of them and so is my next door neighbor. We take care of our cars and each other. I had a problem once with a person who moved in, but he apologized the very next day. Maintenance comes out the same day and the are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. The office staff is friendly and very concerned of their tenants. I've read reviews that are opposite of what they posted just because they failed to pay the rent on time. Believe me, if those were true I would not live here due to I have my mom who's a senior living with me. Overall if you are looking for a safe place to live in, these apartments are it. You can walk around at night since we are a gated commu
