I have a friend that leaves there and Nobody goes to fix her air conditioner, fridge is leaking water and uses her sink from kitchen because she can't use the one from her restroom and toilet seat is loose and these has been more than 1 year and 2 months

Feeling concern for my elderly mother that lives in these apartments and is suffering from heat exhaustion due to the landlord that decided to turn the air conditioner off apparently they don’t know how hot it gets since they go home to a nice cold home, don’t recommend these apartments desperately looking for somewhere else asap

I have been trying for over 3months to contact management to get information on apts , Ive send emails left voicemails and No response No luck..Help Please
