If you’re going to read one review about Westerlee Apartments in Catonsville, I hope it’s this one. We lived there for 5 years, and over the past 2, the quality has declined dramatically. Leasing Office: Many reviews praise the assistant property manager, but in our experience, Ladonna was consistently difficult. She interrupts, exudes fake politeness, and becomes defensive if you question her. When I raised an issue previously and asked for the corporate office contact, she told me there wasn’t one. I had to look it up myself and, of course, there is a corporate office. Her unprofessionalism is often masked by exaggerated politeness. If you need help, speak with Melissa, Alexis, or Tez, as they are all very professional. This review does not pertain to them. Move-In: The apartment we move

I had a fantastic experience working with Ladonna, the Assistant Property Manager! She did a truly incredible job addressing the concerns we had at our apartment. What really stood out was her dedication—she even worked through the weekend to ensure everything was handled and that we were taken care of. Ladonna is the perfect example of a manager who puts her residents first. Her follow-up was both urgent and swift, making us feel like our satisfaction was her top priority. If you’re looking for a management team that actually cares, look no further.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. I use the gym often open 24 hours. Maintenance is always quick to respond whenever something is needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress free place to live. Apartments are spacious. The office is always willing to assist they provide great service.

Team work! Team work!! Teamwork !!! When you go in the office, Believe me you will come out smiling. The cordial relationship of Westerlee management with the tenants is outstanding. Anytime I enter the leasing office, the serenity of the environment will make you to feel you are in a *****5 ***** hotel. Please I have no reservation in recommending this home sweet home apartment to any prospective in becoming tenants.

My family and I have lived here for years and very lovely place. We enjoy the safe neighborhood with a great deal of outdoor features to enjoy. We love the dog park for our furry friend and many more. The office staff is very nice and help me when I need assistance. Maintenanceis very reliable and will get the job done fast! You would love it here!
