So glad I found West Court! I really appreciated working with one staff member, Dennise, start to finish it made the whole experience smooth. She was so kind and made the move in such a great experience. She was very through in the walk through and answering any questions I had! The apartment is great and is exactly what I was looking for. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors!! 💚

Ryan always does an Amazing job when he comes to do maintenence in my apt

The main managers are pretty decent people and I like them but at least one of the sales people may like to give me a little pat on the head you know the proverbial pat on the head that is. When maintenance does finally get around they do a decent job but not a great one they used to do great job but I don't know maybe there's different people. The building itself is extremely nasty it has a very weird odor to it and really you're not getting much for your money. I gave it a two because well it does have four walls and a ceiling and there is heat on so there you go there's you two. Now I know that there have been some good reports I've given on their maintenance but we're talking about things that I asked several months ago still haven't happened asked him almost a week ago now still hasn'
