Westcliff Apartments

I recently moved into this apartment community and my experience has been nothing short of terrible. I had booked my apartment online without seeing it in person, trusting the leasing team and the property management based on the pictures and their assurances. My move in was scheduled for a Saturday(11/08) , and I had already arranged for my packers and movers to shift a few of my belongings that day. To my complete shock, when I arrived at the unit, it was filthy inside and outside. The floors had paint chips everywhere, there was dust and debris all around, and the bathroom looked like it had been used and never cleaned. Westcliff is a beautiful and leisured property. All staff, especially miss Allison are absolutely fantastic to work with. Maintenance has always been well timed and very cordial 100% of the time. The landscaping around the property is well taken care of. Great property, and even better staff that work here. Thank you westcliff for all your hard work in keeping the community safe, clean, beautiful and fun!

Absolutely the worst living experience I have had. Where to start with the issues. first off “Luxury,” is a joke. Not luxurious in the slightest. Upon move-in we were given a form to fill out for broken/not working things through each room, to fill out on our initial walk-in. (Other apartments I’ve rented, someone does a walk-thru with you). We brought it to the office, just for them to tell us anything we needed fixed we would have to place a work order for. Our mailbox key NEVER worked, and we went and got replacements a number of times. The pool and hot robbers always out of commission. The sidewalks were icy, and I fell on two separate occasions while pregnant and carrying a toddler. I had not one, but two vehicles stolen out of the lot. It took 9 months to get a replacement dishwasher

Would not recommend moving here, Ive lived in these apartments for 7 months. Since then, I’ve had three different managers to deal with, all of maintenance is completely changed. The current manager Porscha, is hands down the worst and most rude woman I’ve had to deal with. Completely useless, same with everyone else that runs the front desk. No help at all. Residents don’t clean up after their pets, parking in handicap spots, I’ve seen cars vandalized and there’s trash all over the place. I wouldn’t consider these “luxury” apartments at all.

Updating my review! 5 stars again for the Westcliff Team! I submitted a work order for my bedroom fan shaking, and it was handled the very next day. Chandler from the office even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. Exceptional customer service from the entire team! Allison has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She's always kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, and she always follows up to make sure everything is resolved. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of residents. I really appreciate her dedication. it makes a big difference! Highly recommend working with Allison!
