Westchester Townhomes Rental Homes

Great location. (Westlake) Management is pretty nice. They definitely care. Unfortunately, the townhouses are very basic. Paint job is pretty awful. You will hear your neighbors. Garages are not maintained. The units don’t have room lights or ceiling fans. Grounds not maintained very well. For the price it’s a tough sell.

I recently moved into Westchester Townhomes, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience has been! The staff and community here are truly exceptional. Alex was an absolute rock star throughout the entire process. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to answer every question I had made the move seamless. He went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was handled with care and expertise. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through this process—Alex deserves all the praise! Our experience here was genuinely not the best, but it was mostly due to the geography of where our townhome was located in the complex than the leasing office themselves. It was also due to the architecture of the townhome itself. Our townhome was located in an area where it flooded the whole sidewalk and front porch area every-time it rained. We notified the leasing office and they told us it would take some time to fix because they would need to hire contractors who can do the project due to the elevation of the land, but they were aware of the issue. Our garage was also in the corner where it would get blocked by other cars routinely and a tree that would sap on our car and destroy the paint. Alex made our leasing experience wonderful! He did a superior job being attentive to our needs and could not have been any more sincere. We had a house fire and Alex got us into a unit at the Westchester in record breaking time. We applied on a Friday and had the keys by Wednesday. Everything was clean upon arrival and the friendly maintenance man Dave even let me into the garage when I realized I left the opener in my car at the UHaul rental location in Avon. We have slept here 2 nights, and so far it’s been very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Alex and team for helping my family through this difficult and crazy time!!!!! UPDATE: I am updating this to 3 stars. I'll admit I posted my previous review in a sleep deprived, pain filled state. I am adding 2 stars. One for office staff, one for maintenance. Both are very helpful and try their hardest. (Love Dave, Krystal, and Alexander). They manage noise complaints appropriately, but unfortunately the Townhouses just have thin walls. I lived in a sardine box in Seattle and heard my neighbors less. My neighbor's are not even loud. Just normal living breaks through unfortunately. ZERO SOUND PROOFING. Do not move into here if you want to hear your own thoughts.
