Grounds very well taken care of, buildings look well kept even with the age being evident through the architecture. Parking could be better and not so tight. Water is very hard, all of my dishes, glasses, pots and pans have hard water residue on them and are basically ruined unless I spend countless hours hauling them somewhere else and scrub them there. Update 2019: They had a company come in to readjust all the water fixtures, since then there has been water pressure issues and hot water will disappear for lengthy periods of time.

The management here is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude and inconsiderate to tenants. They will not take the time to schedule an appointment with you when showing your apartment and violate your right to privacy. The appliances are ancient and suck your electricity causing high bills and inefficiency. You can find much higher quality apartments, with far more considerate management, for the same price around the area. The other tenants are loud, mean and some have very questionable character. The parking lot is crowded, tiny and there have been multiple vehicles vandalized and broken into. I have personally had to involve the authorities multiple times because of loud neighbors. It's close to Marcus parkwood cinema, Mills fleet, Ultimate sports bar,Aldis, Target and you can reach County rd 75 to 94 and get a 15 and 10 efficently. Your back yard here is a park environment. Very close to the Sauk River for kyack or canoe launching fun. There's an S.A. close by also a couple Chinese restraunts. And KFC and Menards you could walk to in under 20min. Overall it's a fairly decent location. In a fairly safe part of town. However during strong windy days with a South West wind Granite dust from the quarry is considerable when they are running trucks and conveyor belts. You can always shop a few of the nearby Kwick trips as well for a midnight snack. The grate city real state sucks at trying to get in contact with everytime I call and ask to talk to a manager they always send me to a voice mail which they never call back, apartments are small and the parking lot is even smaller on some nights I even had to park in the other apartment complexes parking lot, the appliances are old and outdated on numerous occasions I've had random people come into my apartment thinking it's theirs so keep your doors locked, laundry is on first floor so if you live on the top floor have fun you have to walk all the way down and than try to unlock the door for first floor with all of your laundry and when going up you have to unlock the door to go up, people will always be ringing buzzer there is no lights in the rooms so you need to buy lamps for the bedr
