I chose this apartment complex because it was one of the most affordable options in the area and had some of the best reviews, which really stood out to me. From my first phone call, I could already tell this was going to be a good experience. Matilda truly sold the property to me her energy over the phone was warm, professional, and genuine. She made the entire process smooth and was very informative every step of the way. She answered all of my questions and made everything feel easy and organized. Since being here, everything has been going smoothly. My apartment is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the surrounding areas are kept nice and tidy. I want to break my lease so bad, because the roaches are unbearable. I just moved in so theres hardly any furniture, and i work 24/7 so I’m barely at home. I don’t understand why theres so many roaches..? Although the leasing office customer service is amazing.. they know there’s an infestation problem here. They left this note on everyone’s door. If you ask me I don’t think it’s worth it. I’m counting down the months for this lease to be over.

Let me start off by saying that the staff is what makes this apartment complex stand out. One of the best leasing experience I have had by far! From the moment I walked in it felt like a great environment. Application and approval process was smooth. Maria assisted me and she was always readily available to answer my questions. I was updated throughout the whole process and if Maria was not available, someone would still respond and let you know they would forward the message. I heard back first thing the next morning. Super rare to find with apartment complexes. I am all for accountability, transparency, and honestly. The unit I was given was not what I expected. I have lived here for a year and I have loved it! This place is very clean, peaceful, and communicative. I’m the year I have been here I have not had any complaints when I put in a work order they fix the problem quickly. When they have someone coming to spray for pest the communicate that and do that pretty frequently. I feel like a really good point to add as well is that there were almost no roaches and in Houston I feel like that is a really good point. I only moved because I had to I loved it here! Very affordable and I definitely recommend doing the utilities included option.

I really love living at Westchase Creek Apartment. I lived there for two years and it was ah!mazing. Peaceful, Calm and Clean. Great customer services and awesome leasing staff that turn family. Paula Guzman helped me with my Lease, she was awesome, she ensured everything went smoothly for my move. But really, all the Ladies in there are friendly and super amazing. 👌🏾🥰 Friendly neighbors too and Maintenance are fantastic, the best have seen. Not forgetting the Apartment life Duo with their great fun events. Wow 🥰🥰 It's a really safe neighborhood, easily accessible to Westheimer, Grocery shops, Parks, Bus routes and Restaurants. I will highly recommend for anyone, looking for their new home.👌🏾✌🏾
