wish i could leave 0 stars spoke to someone in the office told them everything i was experiencing upon my apartment search and the lady told me she would work with me i sent my application over and a 75$ application fee via zelle just to receive a text and tell me my application was not approved with no explanation. very disappointed it's like once they received the payment i no longer mattered.

I have been without hot water in the kitchen since January 7,2018. I sent a written notification and called but nothing has happened yet. Also when I called the office to inform them that my neighbors are smoking the office worker told me that no one in my building smokes but when I come home from work and I see them smoking outside I know differently. Then finally the tenant below me is always tapping on the walls. Nothing has been done about this man. There is no garage disposal in any apt. If you need a decent place to stay go elsewhere.

Asolutely terrible office management. called to inqure and the person hung up the phone on me. stating "we can't help you." called back and went to answering machine. Do not recomend. If possible 0 Stars would been given!! terrrible- terrible -terrible. I can't imiagen who would want to live in a place where management acts unprofessional!

Horrible!!!! The Office is Micromanaged, meaning available 1 hour a day, 4 days a week, MAYBE.Ramona's attitude is very rude, sarcastic, nasty, and argumentative. Very prejudice/racist environment. Tows cars of resident. Places notes on your door that do not apply to you.Can't wait til my lease is up, only thing keeping me here. Not pet friendly! ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!!!!

Worst apartments ever. The air Conditioner is leaking all the time. And i have told the management about they did even bother to fix it. They don't deserve half star.
