Great location, lived here since 1988 in garden & townhouse apartments inconsistently, prior in buying and selling my home. Office is nice & maintenance is fast to respond. I enjoyed the layouts of these apartments, very spacious

Love living here in the small complex! It is quiet here, but there are still kids out playing daily. Such a great and close knit community!

The office staff are wonderful. If I have a matainence issue, it is taken care of in a reasonable time. The only thing I do not like for new tenants is the amount of salary you would have to make to apply for an apartment period but that is everywhere now

This place is great, I read some other reviews and just had to correct a few things. The girls in the office are freaking awesome. Every single issue or need I have had in this complex, has been almost instantly resolved by either Brittany or Hannah. They’ve been helpful in ways that I’ve never seen any property managers be before. The property alone is great. The apartments are the best on this side of town. Been here for a year and can’t wait to resign for another year, and probably every year I can until I purchase my own home. It’s safe, it’s clean, it’s neighborly. Maintenance is nice and always comes in a timely manner, and they’re awesome just to say what’s up too around the grounds. I’m starting a family and I couldn’t be happier in the home I’ve decided to do so in. I suggest West

I have been living here for several years now and enjoy it. I love my apartment, my neighbors in my building are great. The young ladies in the leasing office are awesome and maintenance is great as well. The price is just right as well. I am planning on staying here until I am ready to purchase my own home.
