Worst Place I’ve Lived Due to Management This property has significantly declined since the prior management. Before the current manager, Tatiana, the building was consistently clean, well-maintained, and professionally run. Management respected tenant privacy while also ensuring the property remained safe and secure. Under the current management, there is a clear lack of organization and accountability. Basic cleanliness and upkeep are neglected, while attention appears to be focused on nonessential projects. The manager is rarely available—often not in the office, unresponsive to phone calls, and frequently not on the premises at all. I've been living in this apartment community for over 6 months, and overall, it's been a very positive experience. The maintenance team is responsive and usually handles issues within 24–48 hours. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near grocery stores, highways, public transport, etc. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, although some of the appliances could use an upgrade. Parking is generally easy, though guest parking can be limited on weekends. What I appreciate most is the management's willingness to communicate and improve based on resident feedback. but nothing major enough to make me reconsider living here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and community-oriented living environment.

The grounds are immaculate, the neighbors are friendly, it is super quiet and I feel so safe staying here. The apt itself has a lot of storage space, the A/C is amazing and lots of natural sunlight pours into my living room all day. I simply love it!! I can not believe it took so long to come across this gem and it is within 5 minutes drive to so many stores and restaurants 😍

This place have given me a place of safety living here has been amazing the staff is amazing. The Maintenance team is alway willing to help. Nicole the manager has been such an amazing manager so personable and always down to help. This place is truly a gem being from California i needed this place. It feels like home. It’s pet friendly, clean, and safe. It feels good coming home to this place. I am so blessed and happy to be able to call west briar home.

Honestly one of the best places I’ve lived in Houston. Westbriar is such a hidden gem. Super close to one of my favorite restaurants and the galleria mall! The community itself is super cute and well kept. Maintenance is always super fast and Also Nicole and Jessica in the office are super helpful. I can see myself staying for awhile.
