Great location. Management is ontop of things. Apartments have ample storage for your needs, huge pantry area with laundry in units. Up to date appliances. Quiet building.

These apartments are overall just amazing. The management is the best my roommate and I have ever had. We live in a 2 bed 2 bath and after being in the dorms this was perfect for us. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the closets are even better. We loved the massive laundry room/pantry as well. They even did renovations for new carpeting and countertops for us before we moved in! The location of the apartment is also great. It is extremely close to Target, lots of restaurants, and the mall! The two stall garage was the thing that absolutely sold us on the apartment though. My roommate has an SUV vehicle and I have a car, and we had plenty of space, while still keeping our cars out of the cold weather. Overall this is such a great apartment and there are so many perks.

Great apartment to stay with close proximity to shopping areas. Management is responsive to getting back quickly with calls and questions. They also make sure to communicate information as early as possible. Mike from maintenance is such a great help. He was always willing to go the extra mile in making sure every maintenance request he receives is fixed as quickly as possible and any other issues fixed. I would say that the walls of the apartment is thin which results in hearing noise from your neighbors. Other than that, this apartment is a great place to stay

Went there to diagnose a car for a guy. Easy $100 bucks for 30 min's work. Saved him a bunch from not taking it to the dealership 😏

My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year now, and we absolutely LOVE this apartment. Not only is the building well kept and always clean, but it is quiet and the management keeps an eye on the parking lot to make sure that people aren't leaving broken down vehicles and taking up spaces. George (the maintenance man) is the sweetest and nicest guy! He is always courteous and he makes sure the job is done right the first time. All of their maintenance guys are wonderful and they make sure your problem gets taken care of quickly and properly. Amber, the property manager, is also AMAZING! She always tells you the truth (an issue I've had with PRG property managers) and she always gets you the information you ask for quickly. She is always on top of letting us know if mainten
