There have been so many positive changes to the place since under the new management. The manager and her team have been working hard to turn the place around and it definitely shows. If a problem occurs, she is VERY quick to get you accommodated to and the problem fixed. She is easy to talk to and very respectful.
I have lived at these apartments for almost a year. The landlord is amazing. If you have an issue she is on it to get it fixed.
I love the West Village Apartments. They make me feel right at home.
