The landord is lazy amd doesnt wanna fix anything and excuses after excuses. Drug deals going on all the time and police dont wanna do their job. The neighbors are always causing trouble with either arguing loud music or just being stupid. Landlord is always threatning people with eviction if she doesnt get her way. This apartment complex is the worst. It is like a drug rehab for convicted felons. The landlord doesnt care about anyone except her money and then has to threaten people with stupid drama BS. Dont rent here.
Mrs. V works hard to keep the place positive.

These apartments are a dump the owner is horrible never fixes anything
