I wouldn’t recommend working with this company. The agent my husband and I attempted to work with literally jerked us around, didn’t seem transparent on her communication, was judgmental over personal matters and was confused why my email address didn’t match my legal name…as if!!! She was also very unprofessional looking during the open house, hair all messy and wearing flip flops as she had just woken up. And while we have several reasons to think this company discriminated against us due to our race which is actually illegal despite having excellent credit, plenty of savings, steady job history and zero criminal records, she didnt care to even call the additional list of references she “needed” on top of what our application had already asked for.
