The living expenses was fine. Nothing special but nothing to complain about. The staff helped us out immediately when there were problems, so that was really appreciate during our time living there. Matt is outstanding, he helped me through the process of breaking the lease and was understanding when I need to be a few days late, putting a note in my file. The automatic system had sent it to collections so 6 months after leaving i got a call from a collection agency. Thankfully Matt was there to get everything taken care of on his end and I didn't need to call the collections agency back. Thanks Matt

I’m reviewing my tour experience. I scheduled a tour on the apartment complex website and I called several times to no answer. I can see why the most recent review includes them not answering the phone. They don’t answer the phone for potential new tenants either. I feel like my time was wasted so I cant imagine what tenants who pay every month must feel like. I would be happy to change my review or remove it if my experience was made better but I don’t have high hopes at this point.

Don’t even think about it. I’ve lived here for 4.5 years and it’s been a struggle the entire time to get anything done, to get anyone to answer calls, emails, questions. There is a new manager once a month on average. Your requests will sit unanswered for months at a time. No one listens to our needs. The walls are the thinnest walls I’ve ever experienced in my life. I live alone yet I somehow have 6 roommates. Terrible management, mold, green pool. Don’t do it.

I lived there for over 2 years and have rented for over 20 years in both California and Washington. The manager, Vanessa, is far and away the best manager/landlord I have ever worked with. Any issues were dealt with promptly, any emails are responded to quickly, and she makes the complex a better place from simple things like putting up signs letting everyone know the status of the pool or changes being made to the property to more complex things like replacing a washing machine or getting a new thermostat installed, Vanessa is the best and I hope the company that manages the property understands how valuable she is as the on-site manager.

Cars constantly get broken into in the parking lot for this complex and management refuses to do nothing about it. Also management will never reply to your emails or calls. They will provide a 48 hour notice to work on the dryer vents and then never show up. This is frustrating when you take a day off work so your pets dont get out and they dont show up. Management also sounds so annoyed when you call them. The neighbors are great but this place is so poorly managed. Shady figures hang out in the parking lot and overall make you feel uncomfortable. This place has gone down hill with the new management.
