Absolutely Do Not Recommend Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. Maintenance issues take forever to be addressed—if they’re addressed at all. My AC was broken for days during the summer heat, and even after “repairs,” the problem wasn’t fixed. Communication from management is minimal to nonexistent, and it often feels like tenants are an afterthought. The rent certainly doesn’t match the quality of living. For $1,765 a month, I think they could do better. Common areas are poorly maintained, noise is constant, and it’s clear that resident concerns are not a priority. I regret moving here and strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value comfort, communication, and timely maintenance.

The maintenance man is always fast, and fairly friendly. I don't usually feel weird having him in our apartment. All the repairs he's done for us so far have been great! Usually comes next day for repair once the request is received.

My experience was ok at first, the apartments are pretty well kept and fair for the price. The management team is very good and I appreciate them but when it boils down to the owners it’s terrible. When the carport at my building collapsed due to snow (and lack of maintenance as well as under built) I felt I was fair when I told them it’s ok my vehicle’s are still operable get with your insurance we’ll figure it out. After probably a month of waiting they finally got back to me just to let me know I was S.O.L. they called it an act of god and told me to put a claim against my insurance because they weren’t responsible. If the jacuzzi was open year round I would give a 5 star. Other then that it is a beautiful place to live. Nice and peaceful.

Enjoyed living there. Rent was extremely reasonable. Pool and playground was awesome. Overall we had a really great experience :)
