I dnt trust their warrantees, they do only very very small fixes which takes around few minutes, If major issue happen they will NOT fix it
Very disappointed with this HVAC unit and the builder. The unit stopped working during the winter when heating was critical, and again in the summer when we needed AC—both failures happened within the first year. On top of that, there was no clear or reliable warranty support. Would not recommend this builder to anyone.
Stay away from Van Metre. They don’t honor warranty issues. They blame it on us or give some excuse.
Houses seem overpriced for the cheap materials used.
