Update Aug 2025: The building changes ownership every now and then, it stays within the same ownership, they just create a new LLC to pretend the former doesn't have involvement any longer. The outside of the building states has the nameplate "Solé", but this hasn't been Solé in almost 10 years. The building is now "managed" by West of Hudson properties, based in Paramus, NJ. Several tenants have reached out to West of Hudson Properties, both individually and as a group, to attempt to remedy the issues that plague the building. Such issues are: cockroaches, mice, non-response to service issues, an elevator that breaks down regularly, unkept common spaces, inadequate lighting in the garage, broken entry doors leading into the building, tenant mailboxes that have been broken for almost a ye
