West Monument Apartments

I've really enjoyed my first year here. I have had some really great neighbors who turned into good friends. The property management team has always handled an issue with fast response and they have worked with me through this pandemic when times got hard. Me and my boyfriend are looking forward to another great year!!

103 Monument has been quite the experience for me. Im on a waiting list for one of the high ceiling apartments, as they are BEAUTIFUL. But the others are great too! It is walking distance to my campus, and affordable.. the most affordable in the area; especially for a student like me!

It has been nothing short but a great time here. The only issue I have is there is no on sight leasing office, I have to walk one block to The Stafford Apartments to go to the leasing office. Christian is awesome, I once had a minor leak in my apartment and maintenance came and fixed it within the day. Great service by great people

I just moved into 103 W Monument Apartments about 4-5 months ago. I was looking for something affordable yet beautiful in the Mount Vernon area. Finding something this affordable is very hard to find in Baltimore and this was perfect for me. The history of the building is pretty cool but the pricing and the fact that its in a safe area, is even better

I have lived here for the past year and it has been a pleasure. The staff and cleaning crew is nice , and maintenance always comes within a reasonable time. Nice area and very close to stores and grocery stores!!
