West Hill Apartments

My husband and I moved here in October 2025. We both love how quiet, peaceful, and clean, our complex is. And Kris, the Property Manager, has been great! These folks are really easy to work with about anything! We have had a couple of issues, with the washer and furnace, which is to be expected when you rent, cuz you don't know how previous tenants took care of things. But Mike, the Maintenance Supervisor is great! He wasted no time in coming to our unit and fixing things. We love it here so far! Only complaint is, we didn't find this place sooner! Thank You Kris and Mike for making our experience here at West Hills wonderful!

Absolutely loved my apartment. Lived here for two years and never had an issue. I have felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. If I wasn't relocating states, I would have lived here for years to come. Quiet and clean place to live. All updated appliances which I loved! HUGE bedrooms! My king size fit so well in the master and left plenty of space. Kris is an amazing property manager! 10/10 Recommend!

Beware the pictures online are very deceptive of what it really looks like. Management also raised rent by 400$ in less then a year this past year at this complex. They also charge an additional 60$ of their own utilities. So the tenants also pay for trash removal, pest control, water for the grass,lawn care, etc... food for thought folks

The apartments are nice and modernized. Management is cool and keeps you updated on notices, events, policy updates or updates of any kind. They are also quick to come and fix any issues of any kind. Room space is what I was looking for and I got it. Couldn’t be happier here!

The staff and management at this property are great! If you communicate your needs they do thier best to handel things in a timely fashion.
