haven’t been here very long, but I can already say I’ve had an amazing experience. From the moment I showed interest in the apartments to the day I moved in, the leasing agents (Jennefer and Kathryn) have been absolutely wonderful. They were welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they really made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their residents, and that made such a big difference for me. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and appreciate how supportive and kind the leasing team has been so far.

I’ve called West Haven home for a few years now and it’s been a great place to live. Jennefer and Kathryn made resigning my lease a breeze in the office and Jose in maintenance is always friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable and the neighborhood is nice. I would recommend living here.

The Project manger Christine is horrible. She has been disrespectful to me multiple and my family. She should be fired. No communication skills or care at all for the people she’s suppose to help. Really rude and if this business can only provide her as their best, good luck. The last lady was great. It’s bad when your own people know you’re rude and incompetent too. My name isn’t Debbie?
