I’ve been renting with Westend Property Management for over a year now, and I have to say, they’ve been fantastic. From the get-go, their team has been super responsive and easy to work with. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been on it right away. The property itself is always clean, well-kept, and just feels like home. I can tell they genuinely care about keeping things in good shape for their tenants. The online payment system is also a huge plus—so simple and convenient. I had an amazing experience renting from Westend Property Management. From the very beginning, they were super easy to communicate with, and the whole application process went off without a hitch. When I moved in, the house was in great shape. The move out process was very easy. The deposit return was smooth, fair, and transparent, and anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about their tenants and want to make the whole rental experience as positive as possible. As a former tenant, I would not recommend renting from this company. We extended our original one-year lease by six months but had to relocate unexpectedly due to my husband’s job. We were required to give 30 days’ notice and pay a two-month lease break fee totaling $4,500. During that 30-day period, we were also expected to show the apartment to prospective tenants ourselves, with no company representative present. Over $600 was withheld from our security deposit for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and even refrigerator and furnace filters — charges we have never encountered in years of renting. The communication is always fast and clear, which I really appreciate. whenever I’ve had a request, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. One minor thing I’d mention is that there were a couple of times when maintenance took a little longer than expected, but nothing too major. They always kept me updated, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Other than that, I’ve had no complaints. I’ve been really happy with how they’ve managed everything so far, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.
