If it were possible, I would give this association a negative five-star rating. The association management is severely mismanaged and appears to function primarily as a money-collection operation rather than a service to residents. I have lived in West Tamarac Gardens for 10 years, during which the monthly association fee has increased from approximately $380 to over $700 with no justification through improved services or maintenance. Residents have also been repeatedly subjected to special assessments. One was a $2,100 roof assessment, with the promise that insurance costs would decrease afterward. That did not happen. Edit 3: 11/30 nothing has progressed with the repairs. What kind of amuses me with this company is they are quick to yell at people, ignore calls and never respond to emails when they are in a mood for a power grab. But when it’s their turn to show any kind of accountability they cower in fear. This is something that was started back in May and everyone has been left out of their residences for the thanksgiving holiday. This is a sham company and deserve to be brought down and go out of business. Will update this every day now until I get a response. I needed an updated wind mitigation report for insurance purposes. I called emailed spoke to several people for over a week. All they had to do was open the file and email it to me to no avail been almost a week and still haven’t received it so I had to hire a private inspector at the cost of $165 to do an updated report so I could submit it before the deadline to my insurance company. So ridiculous that we are at the mercy of our HOA that hired this company!!!!

I have been a resident of Wimbledon @ Jacaranda in Plantation for 20 years. West Broward Community Management has been our property manager for the majority of this same time period. It's owner, Tom Fiore is always "on top of his game," and is one honest, knowledgeable and professional property manager, who has made my time at Wimbledon just that much better. He and his staff respond to work requests or just general questions in a very short time period. I highly recommend West Broward Community Management to anyone looking for high quality professional property management.

If I could give a zero I would. My AC stopped working and I had a service tech tell me to reach out to the Building Management Company to see if the building line had been flush recently. I have called every day multiple time a day for a week. I have been without AC for a week because of the lack of attention to the matter and communication. I have also put multiple requests into the "Emergency Line" since I have been getting no communication about the matter in other routes and still nothing...
