West 46th Apartments

West 46th is BY FAR the BEST renting experience I have had in Nashville. The property management team is kind, professional, and always helpful. I chose to lease here over properties that were closer to my work, in large part because Wendy was so helpful in our first meeting when I came to tour a unit - I never felt like just another number; she took the time to make sure I had all the information needed to make the best decision for my situation, and she was happy to give thorough answers to any questions I had. I have lived here for about 7 months now, and since moving in, the experience has remained overwhelmingly positive. I would recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation.

I’ve been living at West 46th Apartments for two years, and I absolutely love it! The community is well-maintained, thanks to James and the maintenance team, who are always consistent in keeping the property in great shape. I also appreciate the monthly resident events, which create a great opportunity to meet neighbors and build a sense of community. Keith and Wendy are amazing—always friendly, kind, and excellent at communication. They truly make living here a great experience! If you’re looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live, I highly recommend West 46th Apartments.

UPDATED REVIEW! Wendy is excellent. She gave a wonderful tour of the property and everything they have to offer. Communication issues happen and of course the recent storms did no favors to their systems. This community is so nice. Unfortunately there is no way to conduct a self guided tour when the office is closed. They will send you all the information to come tour and when you arrive there will be no way to get in the building. It is advertised as if the tours can be done anytime, but that is not true.

I was a tenent for 2 years, and it was one of the best apartment complex I ever lived in! Everything is super clean and nice, and all the leasing office staffs, and maintenance are quick and helpful. The app that manages all the rent, notification, thermostat, door lock, and maintenance requests are really efficient and convenient. Surrounded neighborhood is safe and nice, and there is a huge park with tennis court 1min walk from the apartment. I have 0 complain, and would recommend West 46th to anyone that is looking for apartment!!

We LOVE Keith! Keith has been the best/hard working property manager in our time living in West 46th. He was always so helpful with any apartment needs. Maintenance was always 10/10, very punctual and contacted us in a timing manner when we had issues. We will miss west 46 and recommend living here.
