Wessex House Apartments

I’ve been living at The Wessex House in Wayne, PA, for a little over 2 years now, and I can confidently say it’s a fantastic place to call home. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need, from shopping to dining to parking options, and a bonus with the SEPTA St. David’s station in our backyard. The building itself is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and modern amenities. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and newly updated, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The management team is always responsive and helpful, making sure any concerns or maintenance requests are addressed quickly and professionally. We had to move out because we needed more space but we had a great experience living at Wessex House. No problems with resident noise and the building was always clean and orderly. The leasing office and management are on site and are so very helpful and pleasant. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly.

I have lived at Wessex House for 33 years. I have been very happy here. It is a good location and I love the fact that there is an underground garage. When Friedman Realty bought the property, Stacie McDaniel, the property Manager, was very helpful to me in finding a new, renovated apartment. She recommended a moving consultant who turned out to be good. Stacie has also been extremely helpful with any issues and/or questions that I have. This apartment house is a very comfortable and quiet community.

I've been a resident for a year at Wessex House. It is a fantastic place to live! I have a spacious 1 bedroom that is totally updated. The walls are nice and thick so I don't hear my neighbors and the maintenance staff and leasing office staff are wonderful. They are super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.
