Wesley Place Apartments at Lawrenceville

I’ve lived here since the end of July and while the apartment is nice for the price, that’s where the positives end. I have been dealing with roaches since I moved in, but the roaches are the least of my issues. My apartment is COVERED in these bugs called boxelder bugs. I’ve never even heard of them prior to moving in to this hellhole. Since September, hundreds of these bugs have been getting into my apartment via the poorly sealed windows. 80% of them die upon entry as you ca see in the pictures. Thanks to me applying spray to the window. But the other 20% are roaming the apartment like they own the place. They’ve even found their way into my bed. I have to avoid being home because of how uncomfortable it makes me to coexist with these bugs. I have talked to management in person and put

I visited Wesley Place as a secret shopper from a competitor apartment complex in the area. I went online to submit an appointment. Bonnie Mootoo immediately texted me back. I was very impressed with her promptness. Furthermore, when I entered the office, Bonnie greeted me very warmly. She is stunningly beautiful. In her office there was a wall full of awards that she had amassed over her 15 year tenure. I am so proud of Bonnie for being so professional and for being an outstanding representative for the owner of Wesley Place. I highly recommend!

I have been a resident here at Wesley for 4+ now. This apartment complex is clean , quiet and safe for children. Maintenance requests are done on time. All the staffs are very efficient , nice and helpful. Especially Bonnie, she is so amazing, she will go above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable. No strange people or animals walking around .

My leasing agent was nice and accommodating at first but once I signed the lease, the rapport changed. I was told the day before moving in that I had to move in after 4pm, the leasing agent never apologized for “forgetting” to tell me and acted as if it was my fault for not knowing, didn’t seem apologetic or empathic at all. When you walk in the leasing office, there’s no warmth or greeting . When I had maintenance come to fix counters that should’ve been installed, there was no sense of communication. I wasn’t told what time they were coming and again felt like I had to pry this info from her. Neighbors are nice for the most part. Apartment style is decent but not what it’s branded to be on the website.

Bonnie was amazing! She provided great assistance throughout the entire process and was incredibly patient with me. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of, even staying behind to finish my paperwork. Every question I asked, she answered clearly and thoroughly. Her kindness and dedication really stood out—thank you, Bonnie, for making everything so easy and stress-free!
