Wesley Park Townhouses

I’ve stayed here for about 3 years now, and my overall opinion is that Wesley park is an amazing value. The location is great (and within walking distance of a grocery store), the outdoors are well maintained, and the apartments are very cozy. Linda has always been incredibly kind and what little fixes I needed have always been quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

My experience at Wesley Park Townhouses was great. Linda, the property manager, is friendly and always very helpful. Ken and Jeff, the maintenance guys, are wonderful. They always took care of my maintenance issues (which were very few) quickly and efficiently. When I called in the morning and reported a problem, it was resolved by the end of the day. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location.

I have a great experience renting here. Linda the property manager is very helpful. When I call for maintenance they come within hours if not busy. The quality of the community for the price you pay, you can’t beat it. I love townhouse living. The property could use a pool by the rental office though! There’s a lot of empty grass. I vote pool!

There is zero privacy here, they do a poor job making it feel like home. Very strict restrictions, you can't even plant flowers in the garden outside the place you overpay for. Alot of minor maintenance issues as well, and to overpay for this is the worst homing experience I have had in any apartment complex. Only reason I gave two stars instead of One, is though there are some maintenance issues and pricing issues, the place itself looks nice and is located in a decent location and there is a nice park next door. But as somebody that has rented in several other places, I would never even consider returning here.

Communication with staff and the leasing office is great. Maintenance is superb and quick! Grounds are kept nice. The bad every year rent increases at $20 a year! Rent looks like a mortgage payment now.
