Wendy worked with us for three years while we looked on and off at various purchase scenarios (existing homes, lots for sale, fixer uppers, etc.). She was at all times extremely patient, responsive and helpful. If we posed a question or request to her via phone/text/email, her response time was always almost immediate. Running to town hall to gather information, contacting present or past town officials to get answers for us, going to houses/lots and making videos or doing video calls with us since we were remote are just a few examples.
