Welshwood Apartments

- [ ] The rent continues to go up but there are no upgrades in the building whatsoever - [ ] Nothing is updated in the apartment unless you complain and still then your complaint does not matter because in the words of management (they don’t have enough time to attend to everyone in the building) - [ ] BUGS BUGS BUGS I cannot stress this enough BUGS. Maintenance does nothing about it. Gnat infestation in apartment. Bed bugs (which management knows about) in main areas. - [ ] The walls are paper thin to the point I think someone is in my apartment. - [ ] NOISE! Now, I know it’ll be noisy with children of course. But these are Adults all hours of the night blasting music and yelling till early AM hours. - [ ] The carpet in the main areas are filled with stains and are dirty with a non-distin

I loved it here ,I would have stayed forever ,but I had my name on a list for 3years,for a 2bedroom ,cheaper and close to my son and grandkidsI don’t know what building these people live in??or where ?But I have been here for a year ,my friend almost 30 years,I think it’s clean,I never saw 1bug,and it’s the quieter than anywhere else I have ever lived!I was loud one time with my friend,was sent a letter asap,and apologized.It has a big huge pool,oh and when I called the office to get something fixed,they were there asap!I think all the people who work here are so nice!!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but if my review saves the trouble of someone trying to weigh out their options of moving in: DO NOT! I moved here when I was pregnant and the 3rd day from moving in is when it went downhill. I lived amongst the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, and rude neighbor ever. The neighbor upstairs had parties every single weekend. To the point other neighbors would hear her parties in the hallways and wish she was kicked out. I can hear grown MEN screaming songs on her balcony at 3am. She had random men in and out the building and screaming at her children or arguing with rhe random men. Babies constantly crying over the music as well. She had parties of more than 20 people with music blasting at anytime of the day. I had to call the cops numerous times because th

Dirty, has mice, bed bugs in the carpets in the common areas, the staff is ridiculously rude. They bring beat up furniture into a hallway and call it upgrading the building. Maintenance takes forever to come and they don’t actually fix the stuff. AC leaked had all my jackets and hoodies and child’s jackets moldy. They still didn’t fix it after I complained. Worst place to ever live!

This place is really nice and quiet. Lots of closet space and the layout is very spacious. The Hispanic lady in the office is very nice but the older lady is mean. She picks and choose who she wants to rent to. I had several people who applied here and she denied their applications. She told them a bogus lie about credit score. Credit score that she never checked and kept the $50 money order. Other than that the apartment complex is fine and in a good neighborhood.
