Wellspring Apartments

I had a great experience moving into Wellspring Apartments. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, with clear communication from Austin and the management team every step of the way. The unit was clean, modern, and ready right on time, which made settling in stress-free. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and the apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

Very much appreciated the knowledge/education you give and promptness to fix maintenance requests. Thank you to assistant manager Austin for your stellar customer service. Grateful for the team effort the staff gives to make Wellspring a nice place to live.

We moved from another state to this town in hopes of having a good experience and then possibly buying a home. The reviews seemed good on these apartments, and after checking out many other apartments we settled on this one. 2 beds 2 baths for 1,500 a month. In short, maintenance was an issue. The entire time we lived there, 15 months, the dryer never worked. Even after going to maintenance several times, it always took over 2 hours for any clothing to dry. When we first moved in it took 4 hours just to dry laundry. Sinks leaked water. Toilets took forever to flush. Bottom shelf of the dishwasher was not aligned properly and at one point the dishwasher itself fell out of the space it was in because it was screwed in on the inside of the dishwasher. Tl;Dr is Expensive but great units, beware being right next to Harbison though! The walking trails are the best part and living right on them is like a dream with a rec center nearby but beware: to do any shopping you will need to brave Harbison via car or foot. Minor for some but major for others, especially those tired of the insanity. The area is overdeveloped commercially with no regard for pedestrian safety. The price you pay may not be worth the risk! The general attitude and perception of drivers makes the area unsafe to traverse for any pedestrian and even other drivers. A 5 lane 35mph-limit road with a large curve where people think it's okay to speed through creates a concern for collisions if you're leaving from that half of the complex.
