Come here and buy a house some real nice layouts and a stable house pulte builds a wonderful home

Unfortunately, my experience with the warranty process has been extremely disappointing. My home in Jacksonville, FL has multiple cracked tiles stretching from one side of the house to the middle. Even though I reported the issue while still under warranty, the builder has refused to replace the tiles, claiming the same model is no longer available. It took them three months to give me this response, and only after multiple follow-ups. The only solution offered was to camouflage the damage with Akemi, which doesn’t address the structural or visual problem at all. It’s truly frustrating to see a company avoid accountability for what appears to be poor installation or issues with the concrete base. I’m documenting everything and preparing to take further action. This is a warning to anyone

These are incredibly poorly built homes most of them were built in approximately 3 days they're packed together like sardines and are quite ugly. Also no ammenaties and the neighborhood crime rate has tripled since it opened

This place is fun, this neighborhood is nice because me and my homeboys can chill here, the neighborhood is connected to ringhaver park, and we come here because of the surreal views this hood gives. Definitely will be purchasing a home here.
