Wells Fargo Home Mortgage - Michelle Williams

When we were applying for our mortgage, Michelle would ask about 0.05 cent deposits. I was quite frustrated with the level of scrutiny our accounts received unjustifiably. She stated that if I wasn't satisfied, I can take my business elsewhere. Perhaps not the best approach to customer satisfaction.

Ms. Williams spoke with me regarding my complaint to the Wells Fargo Board of Directors about her employee - Eric Prochnow, the mortgage "specialist" at Wells Fargo in Rochester, Mn. Ms. Williams began her telephone conversation with a professional tone, but quickly changed to a tone that clearly told me she did not believe my version of events with regard to my interaction with Mr. Prochnow. While I do admire a supervisor who backs up their employees, Ms. Williams' attitude was not one of support for her employee but, rather, distain for me - a customer of Wells Fargo bank for over 25 years. I do not appreciate being talked "down" to and that is exactly how she handled our conversation - at one point stating, "There's nothing more I can say to you because I do not agree with your state
