I would just like to say , by far this has been the most favorable application process for me. Charlize Algarin Has been great , she moved us in , in a week. She was soooo so sweet & respectful . She gave us exactly what we were looking for . Just overall very empathetic & professional . She’s a great communicator as well, kept in contact with me throughout the whole application process . She needs a raise or something boo ! I loveee her , because me and bf had not been having an easy time starting out , we’re new to the area , but she made it so we were so comfortable. I would not recommend living at this complex. The management and maintenance are completely negligent, and the property is poorly maintained. For over a month, there were multiple water main leaks and burst pipes, leaving the streets constantly flooded. They brought in an excavator, dug up a pipe directly in front of my unit, and even threw my handicap sign onto the ground. The area was never properly repaired — they never patched the dirt, never cleaned up the site, and there was sand and debris left all over the street. The apartments are also extremely poorly insulated. You can hear everything — neighbors upstairs arguing, constant noise, and police are frequently called for disturbances. Would not recommend this place. There are always police here and people smoking pot outside. Can not open your windows at night because of the smell out apartment are nasty inside and have infestation of roaches.

I love living at Wellington Woods. The staff has made living Here enjoyable. I have been living here for over 10 years and will not live anywhere else. Thank you for all you do.

The place is infested with roaches. Everything inside is outdated and dirty. Stained Countertops. Broken doors. Office staff is rude. Maintenance is very poor. Can never get anything fix.
