The decision to place the trash compactor this close to the building is INSANE! It’s only been open for 48hrs. To walk out of the house & see this is disturbing! God forbid they spent this much money only to STILL have the same issue. I’ve lived here for 2 years & enjoyed living here up until now. Legit sat in my car & watched several people walk up & just throw bags in the pile just because they see the mess that’s already there. You notified us about it opening but didn’t provide instructions on how to use it. What do you expect the residents to do? This is suppose to stop “outside dumping” yet the gate is wide open! Watch someone dump a king sized mattress within the first 4 hours of it being opened. SMH… 3 families have left from building 200 before this opened. Looks like I’m next! We

5yrs later still dealing w/ trash and gate issues. 🤔 The trash is constantly overflowing now it’s moved inside the community nothing changes. The “gated community “is non existent because the gate doesn’t work 50 percent of the time.. They maintain the front of the property daily however; the middle and the back doesn’t receive the same attention. I’ve picked up trash, beer bottles, and other objects however; I will not pick up broken glass. I’ve called the office and yes, they will send out a groundskeeper, but, I shouldn’t have to call if this was done on a daily basis. Karen Moreno, has been a great person. She has been a helpful person to help us no matter what, she is always helping us and is always listening to our questions. Karen is a really wonderful person, I recommend to go to her!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Loury, the staff at the leasing office she is extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. she shows no respect or concern for tenants’ issues and make even simple requests difficult. Communication is poor, and instead of providing solutions, she often responds with attitude and dismissive behavior. It’s frustrating to deal with her; she doesn’t value customers or uphold basic standards of professionalism. Loury needs to improve her customer service and train how to treat people properly.

Why are the mailboxes broken? Management has not addressed it and not answering phone. I had important documents stolen. I'm ready to move and not bc of just this. Along with the roach infestation and outdated appliances, wear and tear off the unit. --–-------- ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!! The reviews are correct. Complex is infested with ROACHES. I asked them to provide new dishwasher because there are dead ROACHES and mold inside, but they did not. Only thing maintenance did was look at it! Appliances and cabinets are outdated! The rent is no comparison to the conditions of the apartments. Looking to move ASAP!
