My realtor reached out to Victoria “Tori” Segedin multiple times to view one of her listings. She only replied once, and when we tried to schedule a showing, there was no further response. A week went by, still nothing. Another week later, still no communication. By that time, the property went under contract and was only accepting backup offers. We wouldn’t even have the chance to submit one if we wanted to. The seller may have missed out on a stronger offer because their agent simply didn’t respond, which is not in the client’s best interest . Also, be aware that some of the positive reviews here come from employees rather than actual clients. Instead of focusing on real client experiences and communication, it seems the priority is maintaining a 5-star appearance.
