They are amazing. I’ve been here 7 years and can’t seem to leave. Staff is very professional and handles everything with a sense of urgency. Apartments are so large and spacious.

Living at Wellington Farms Apartments has been an ongoing nightmare due to a persistent flooding issue with the toilet in our second bathroom. Since moving in, this toilet has overflowed and flooded down the hallway multiple times—even when it’s not in use. The problem is so severe that we sometimes wake up to our children screaming, “It’s happening again!” Despite contacting maintenance repeatedly, the responses have been nothing short of dismissive and infuriating. Their so-called “solutions” include: Claiming “something was blocking the toilet” (without specifying what). Blaming us for using “too much tissue.” Advising us to “jiggle the handle” after flushing—as if that’s a reasonable or long-term fix. I currently just moved here from Ga and it was a quick move-in, but I was told that my apartment would be clean, but it was never cleaned for the move-in process. Then on top of that the lady in the front office however she was very nice calculated my payment wrong so I was told I still owed it 10 more dollars on my move-in and was harassed about it for a week and a half until I paid it. my apartment still was never clean after I was told 2 to 3 times that it would be even got a call from the maintenance guy Tim, who told me that a lady had came to my apartment while I was at work to clean it but when I return home, nothing was touched. This was my worst rental experience to date. Rent is way too high for what you get. We moved into a very, extremely dirty and disgusting unit with no explanation at all. It took 3 months to clean everything! There were fish hooks in the floor, fake nails/ eye lashes, and sooo many dead bugs. The dishwasher had gross debris and was probably never cleaned. The oven had residue and was also probably never cleaned. We never got a single shower that was hot the entire time. When we asked maintenance to fix the issue they said they could only turn up the water heater temp and it made the problem worse!! I'm a total/permanent disabled vet and have not gotten a Handicap parking space, and everybody that moved in way after I did got a space. I have ask before That's is my only major problem other than that I have no other issues besides neighbors company that comes over from across the street taking up our parking on our side with about 3 cars across the street. Also, neighbors that's selling cars and taking up parking spaces most of the time with no license tag or anything on it. And they almost always empty their ash trays in the parking lot. Like I said before, I really don't have any major complaints about maintenance or management issues. Just want an Handicap parking space, please! Lol! I enjoy being here other than what I just said.
