Unfortunately, my experience with Westing Properties has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Their handling of a serious water damage situation in my apartment showed a clear lack of communication, accountability, and urgency. After a sprinkler broke and caused significant water intrusion, I immediately reported the issue. Instead of properly addressing the situation, I received conflicting information from different staff members. At one point, I was told demolition would be done, but when maintenance arrived, they said the wall only needed to “dry a little” and be repainted — completely minimizing the severity of the issue. Unprofessional, rude, lazy, and uncaring employees from the top down. I’ve lived in a Weinstein property for about 10 months. One of many properties I’ve lived in during my life. They, like most, will send notices like picture 1 when they are going to enter your home. They have a horrendous pest problem at this property so do these things every few months. In January during the winter storm, they sent no such notice and entered my home without consent Twice. One of the employees took pictures and sent them to me and asked when I was going to pick up my clothes. They took a bunch of pictures of my personal items and paraded them around the office. ⭐ 1 Star – Fire Damage, Conflict of Interest, and Active Failure to Escalate My wife and I were residents at Bexley Round Rock, managed by Weinstein Properties, and the way this property handled a serious fire-related incident has been extremely disappointing. On January 1, a fire broke out in the garage beneath our apartment, allowing smoke and soot to enter our unit and rendering it uninhabitable at the very beginning of the month. Management acknowledged this and allowed us to terminate our lease. We vacated the unit and returned our keys, as a result. Despite the unit being unsafe to occupy since January 1, we have been refused a full refund for January rent, which was paid in advance. Because the apartment was not safe to return to, we were forced to pay for a hotel out of our own

I would give you a 0 star if I could lived there for 5 years or more left 1 month early on my one year contract gave my 60 day notice of not renewing contract and I was late on my final payment you gave me an adjusted payoff of 803.$ then 2 weeks later it went to 1008$ then two weeks later 2700$ then it went to 3700$ in addition you kept our initial deposit plus pet deposit which I know are not refundable we understand that also monthly pet payments which I know are also nonrefundable just do not understand the extremely high charges for move out .the apartments themselves are nice for the age of the apartments,maintenance people were very good.just would not recommend your business,the manager at my location as I was giving my written notice of not renewing she made from her back office t

The common areas are well-maintained, and I truly believed I was moving into a place where I could find some peace of mind after the heartbreaking loss of my son. Unfortunately, my experience as a resident since August 23, 2025, has been anything but peaceful. It has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. In less than three months, I have had to open 13 separate work orders. The sheer volume of maintenance issues is unacceptable for any property, let alone a seemingly well-kept community. The problems range from the minor to the serious: Ant infestations (twice) Master bathroom toilet plumbing issues A significant HVA
